Guest Ratings & Reviews
When I first arrived at the hotel, they let me check in early because my room was available, but I noticed the rooms were pretty outdated. The bathroom wasn't clean, and there wasn't enough space to open two suitcases. The shower area was too small, making it uncomfortable to wash hair without bumping elbows or bending down to pick up soap. Despite needing renovation, the room was clean, and when I closed the balcony doors, it effectively blocked out the noise from the busy road.
The hotel offers comfortable and spacious rooms with a great location near key attractions in Rome. The service is top-notch, especially the multilingual staff at the front desk. However, the room furnishings are outdated and the bathroom cleanliness needs improvement.
The hotel had a very bad smell coming from the AC that persisted for 3 days, although the room itself was comfortable, clean, and up to date with two single beds fixed within a frame. The front desk service was ideal, especially the gentlemen who speak several languages and handle requests with ease, despite a not pleasant experience overall. The location was good, right around the corner from the Trevi Fountain and near the Pantheon, although there were noise issues and piles of dirty laundry to pass by when exiting. The dining experience was abundant and perfect, offering a great way to start each day with a view over the city from the top level of the hotel.
